Noel McMahon Steps down as Adult Camogie Manager.
After 20 years of being involved with our camogie teams, Noel McMahon is stepping down as Adult Camogie Manager.
Noel has been hugely instrumental in the development and progression of the Celbridge adult camogie teams. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Noel for all the hard work, dedication, commitment and passion brought to the adult teams.
Under Noel’s management, the senior team reached the Leinster final in 2006 and 2020, won Kildare senior and intermediate league and championship titles, including the clubs first senior camogie championship in 2005, as well as Leinster and Kilmacud 7’s tournaments and would not have achieved that success without his right-hand man – Padraic Carty.
This year the team reached both the Senior finals, with Intermediate team scooping up the shield in the Spring and Autumn.
We wish Noel every success in his future endeavours.
