Three sent off in closing stages as Celbridge set up county final showdown with Naas
The Celbridge senior football management will be sweating tonight after Conway went down with injury twice in the second half, eventually forcing his departure in the 45th minute. Celbridge face Moorefield in the Kildare Senior Football Championship semi-final on Sunday afternoon and Conway is one of their main players.
All in all, it was a solid display from Celbridge who improved greatly on their display on Saturday that saw them finish level with Coill Dubh, but the loss of their goalkeeper and the possible injury to Conway will be of concern to manager Seamus Murphy ahead of the showdown with Naas.
